Trump Tries To Fix Rudy Giuliani’s Stormy Blunder By Calling Him Ignorant ‘he’ll get his facts straight’

Donald Trump this Friday morning, while speaking to reporters before boarding Air Force One at the White House, attempted to distance himself from comments made by Rudy Giuliani about the Stormy Daniels scandal.

Trump also reiterated his “willingness” to speak to special counsel Robert Mueller by insisting, “I would like to speak because we’ve done nothing wrong.” Trump then completely contradicted his own new lawyer Giuliani and said Giuliani, “started yesterday…he’ll get his facts straight.”  This can be seen in the footage below.

Cohen has insisted that he paid Daniels solely from his personal funds, but during an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday night, Giuliani contradicted this story and Trump’s prior lies, by saying Trump reimbursed Cohen and the money was “funneled through the law firm and the president repaid it”.

It’s obvious to me what these crooks are trying to do here. Giuliani and Trump are truly seasoned criminals. They are trying to push out as many possible versions of the Stormy Daniels hush money payment to create confusion when this all goes to trial. As you are aware, what you say can be used against you in court as evidence, which is why you are read Miranda rights when you are arrested.

Trump can’t answer truthfully over this scandal because the truth is that the Stormy Daniels payment was done illegally. So instead, Trump is working to put out so many different versions of the story that it will become more difficult for prosecutors to use what he has said as evidence. He has denied any knowledge of the payment, said Cohen used his own money, and now denied Giuliani’s claim that it was Trump’s personal money.

Trump constantly lies and contradicts himself to make it harder to use what he says as evidence. This is either a simple but effective strategy, or Trump really doesn’t know what is going on. The truth is probably somewhere in between.
