Trump’s 2020 Campaign Manager Panics After Fox Gives Him Bad New Data for Trump’s Re-election Odds

Donald Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale gave an interview with Fox News’ Bill Hemmer, where he found himself completely caught off guard after Hemmer presented him with a new Fox News poll on how Trump is doing with suburban women.

Suburban women are going to play a critical role in the 2020 election, just like in the 2016 election, and it looks like Trump’s numbers with them are getting worse. Fox News’ Hemmer asked Trump manager Parscale what he thought about a new Fox poll showing Trump’s numbers getting worse with suburban women by a significant amount.

“I’ve got some numbers for you. 2016 suburban voters on screen. President Trump led Hillary Clinton by four points. Among suburban women, he trailed her by only seven. Now we did a poll here at Fox about a month and a half ago and those numbers are very different. From December of this year among suburban voters, he now trails by 11. Among suburban women, he’s down by a whopping 24 points. How come?” Hemmer said.

This basically melted Parscale’s mind because there is no way good way to ignore these terrible numbers from Trump. The poll came from Fox, Republican’s favorite news, so he could not try and claim the poll was bias. In addition, these same polls were accurate in 2016, so they have a proven track record.

Parscale then responded in a nonsensical way. The following is verbatim, “Well, those are different measurements also. Those are different things. The president has actually never done better, um, on all his numbers, when you look at ballots. Um, you gotta matter, we’re still have, a ca-candidate to run against. Uh right now, uh people want to judge on a bunch of different ways. And it’s how you ask those questions also. But if you actually look on a general, he’s actually doing better. Um, in our numbers internally, he’s never been higher. I mean, some of the ones have him over 50% now.”

Fox News Hemmer then tried to seek clarification, because everything he said above was nonsense, “If that’s the case Brad, why are our numbers not different then? Down 24 is substantial.”

“Nah. I just don’t think those numbers are right,” Parscale responded. There it is. That proves Trump’s own campaign manager is living in fantasy land because Trump’s numbers are so bad, that all he can do is deny that they are real.
